I had a convo yesterday with a team of realtors.

A question they asked me which I told them I’d get an answer on.

Some manufactured homes have the foundation skirts, some have x, some have y…

How can I define for them what a permanent foundation means? Or who would I call that would know?

When dealing with Manufactured Homes.

We will ALWAYS need an engineer cert showing the home is permanently affixed to the property. This is typically a block base with straps holding the building down and axle removed.

The home will also have to be a double-wide and be titled as real property.
