Client wants to get a FHA loan and easily qualifies. They had a FHA loan before and the home was foreclosed. What determines if we can go ahead on a Pre-Approval?

Please send the clients information to the processing team. They will need to pull CAIVRS to see if there are any government claims against the client. If there is a claim against the client we cannot proceed until it is released (process takes around 90 days).
