A short sale was conducted and should be completed May 30th of this year.
Can we start the application as long as the loan does not close on or before May 30th, which will meet the 3 year waiting limit? |

Did the client just complete a short sale this year?

The short sale took place in May of 2013. The three year waiting period will be over in may of this year.

We can start the application but we will be unable to assign a case number or order an appraisal until after May 30th.
