I need to know the guidelines for FHA with a non-occupying co-borrower. i have a borrower that is between 580-619 who wants to have a co borrower. can someone either post a link to the guide or let me know the rules i need to follow? i cannot find it in the the guide and it's frustrating me lol

The guidelines are all the same. The occupying client does NOT have to meet a certain DTI on their own. We will use the combined DTI of both clients.
