Can additional income made by the borrower that can not be added to he 1003 be used as a compensating factor?
Ex- Client who is retired with full pension from the state after 26 years of mental health work, he is also a Uber driver for additional income who, has only 1 year of Uber 1099 so we can not add it into his income on the 1003. However he makes a substantial amount of money at this position.
Can this be used as a compensating factor?
