Scenario:
A woman is applying for a loan but file is refer. She is getting a divorce and needs to be able to purchase on her own. The previous home was in her husbands name therefore she has not rent/mortgage history. Is there an exception to the rule or compensating factor we can use?

As long as the soon to be ex-spouse can/will sign a letter confirming rent-free, we can do this scenario.
