What is the FHA flipping rule? How long from seller purchase is it before our buyers can purchase the home using an FHA loan?
The seller purchase price was 27,000 at foreclosure and sales price is 83,777. Extension upgrades in every room and exterior of the home as well if it matters.

The purchase agreement has to be signed no earlier than 90 days after the most recent sale.
If it is 90-180 days we need 2 appraisals and document improvements to show increase in value.
*After 180 days no restrictions

Additionally, we should know that conventional does not have a flipping rule neither does USDA. Both however, will ask for careful evaluation of significant differences in purchase price in a short amount of time.
